Projects

Current Project:
Creating a biodiversity model through eco-restoration approach on a wild farmland

at Kadakkavur, Trivandrum, Kerala.
  • This eco-restoration approach is holistic and systemic approach to preserve biodiversity of our flora and fauna. The model can be replicated in human-inhabited areas and forest areas to reverse the decline of our biodiversity.
  • We are joining hands with Braille Without Borders (Kanthari) for this project to take our vision forward.

Pillars of this Project

Biodiversity conservation through
eco-restoration and replication
is at the heart of what we do

It goes beyond merely protecting existing biodiversity and cleaning up habitats; it seeks to revive ecosystems to their natural state, to promote micro habitats to support life of as many living beings as possible in our surroundings favoring ecological interactions.

Engaging the next generation

What is protected today needs to be preserved for tomorrow. Modern lifestyles have distanced children from the natural world reducing their exposure to the wonders of biodiversity. Nature has become an abstract concept of scenic beauty rather than an interactive experience. This disconnection is the major reason for not realizing the importance of nature conservation and the urgent need for action.

Natural Integrated farming to build a sustainable model

Agriculture and biodiversity can go hand in hand. We aim to create a collective sense of accountability for preserving our incredible biodiversity through sustainable approaches. Also bringing back the forgotten traditional knowledge in cattle and human health management.
